HOUSE RULES

  • Check-in: 4 PM 
  • Check-out: 10 AM 
  • Guests are required to sign the Rental Agreement.
  • Guests are required to upload a valid ID for verification.
  • Guests must choose between a $35 non-refundable damage waiver (covering accidental damages) or a refundable $500 security deposit hold.
  • Early Check in or Late Check out are available for a $25 charge pending availability
  • Cancellation Policy: Full Refund if cancelled more than 30 days from your stay.  50% refund if cancelled more than a week but less than a month before your stay
  • Maximum occupancy is set per room. Please consult the Accommodation details per room to find the Max Occupancy. There must be one adult 25 or above per reservation.
  • No assigned parking and maximum of 1 car per reservation.
  • Pet Policy: Guests can bring in a maximum of TWO pets per stay, and the regular size should be 40 pounds or smaller. There will be a $35 fee per pet and the owners are responsible for picking up after the pets, and disposal of the waste. Please be advised there will be a $25 charge if owner is caught not disposing of the waste. Please ensure that pets are in a crate if left unattended. There may be be additional charge if there's any pet related damages incurred during the stay.
