Guests are required to sign the Rental Agreement.
Guests are required to upload a valid ID for verification.
Guests must choose between a $35 non-refundable damage waiver (covering accidental damages) or a refundable $500 security deposit hold.
Early Check in or Late Check out are available for a $25 charge pending availability
Cancellation Policy: Full Refund if cancelled more than 30 days from your stay. 50% refund if cancelled more than a week but less than a month before your stay
Maximum occupancy is set per room. Please consult the Accommodation details per room to find the Max Occupancy. There must be one adult 25 or above per reservation.
No assigned parking and maximum of 1 car per reservation.
Pet Policy: Guests can bring in a maximum of TWO pets per stay, and the regular size should be 40 pounds or smaller. There will be a $35 fee per pet and the owners are responsible for picking up after the pets, and disposal of the waste. Please be advised there will be a $25 charge if owner is caught not disposing of the waste. Please ensure that pets are in a crate if left unattended. There may be be additional charge if there's any pet related damages incurred during the stay.
